TUTORIAL: a text of fireworks to celebrate the new year

This tutorial is intended to make two nice things: tell you how to create a beautiful text to celebrate a happy new year and show, for the first time, the amazing power of this recently published set of light text effects.

You can make that text by going to this light text generator and setting its parameters this way:
- Text: New Year! (write "Happy" before);
- Font size: Normal;
- Margin: 5;
- Font name: Alba Super.

If you make so, you get an image like this (click to enlarge):

Extra tips:
- I have chosen this effect because its lights look like fireworks.
- as you can see, I used a holed font face, but you can get very nice results with regular filled fonts too;
- there are a lot of professional light effects you can use for free at this light text effects catalog.

Is there a text effect you would like to see here? You can ask for it commenting here or sending me an e-mail.
