TUTORIAL: a realistic 3D metallic text

It's time to create an amazingly realistic 3D metallic text effect. Use this when you need something really special.

Go to this free online text creator, so configure its parameters like this:
- Text: Metallic (set your own word);
- Font size: Normal;
- Margin: 5;
- Background color: C0E0FF;
- Font name: Jagged Dreams.

If you do just as I told you, that's the impressive image you get (click for a full size viewing):

Extra tips:
- as usual for metallic effects, it's a good idea to choose a very regular font face;
- don't use a very dark background this time. If you hide the external text shadows, you lose part of the 3D appearance;
- make many astonishing metallic texts by using these professional text effects.

Is there a text effect you would like to see here? You can ask for it commenting here or sending me an e-mail.
