To make such effect, surf to this online tech text logo generator, so adjust its parameters this way (we will not modify shadow values):
- 3D text style: 5th option;
- Text: CIRCUIT (set your message);
- Font size: Big;
- Margin: 4;
- Background color: FF8000;
- Get as a transparent PNG file: unchecked;
- Font name: Tsa.

Extra tips:
- this text can be created with a transparent background (check the "Get as a transparent PNG file" option);
- the background color is a matter of choice, but I remind you that if you choose a dark color, it can be hard to see the external shadows;
